We understand that plans can change. Because the LYNQ Reservation Program is designed to be a "no-commitment" way to show your interest, we have made the cancellation and refund process straightforward.
1. Voluntary Cancellations
You can choose to cancel your reservation at any time before the official pre-order window opens.
- Process: To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at [email protected].
- Refund: Once processed, your $1 USD (or approximately $2 CAD) reservation payment will be returned to your original payment method.
2. Automatic Cancellations & Refunds
There are specific scenarios where LYNQ will automatically cancel your reservation and issue a refund:
- The 30-Day Window: When official pre-orders open (anticipated in Spring 2026), you will have 30 days to complete your pre-order.
- Failure to Pre-Order: If you do not complete the pre-order within that 30-day timeframe, your reservation will be canceled automatically.
- Automatic Refund: In the event of an automatic cancellation, your reservation payment will be refunded to you without any further action required on your part.
3. Program Modification or Cancellation
LYNQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Reservation Program at any time.
- Company-Led Cancellation: If LYNQ decides to cancel the program or is under no obligation to manufacture the product, your reservation fee will be eligible for a refund.
4. Important Considerations
- No Sales Contract: It is important to remember that a reservation payment does not constitute a sales agreement or a guarantee of product delivery.
- Currency Fluctuations: Refunds are processed for the amount originally paid; however, small differences may occur due to currency exchange rate changes handled by your bank or payment processor.
