LYNQ Limited WarrantyUpdated 13 days ago

Every LYNQ e-bike is "Powered by Apollo," meaning your ride is backed by a track record of over 500,000 vehicles delivered and a robust servicing network. Our limited warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects so you can focus on the ride.

Standard Coverage Terms

  • Duration: LYNQ e-bikes typically carry a 12-month limited warranty on original components.
  • Frame Protection: The structural frame is backed by an industry-leading warranty of 10,000 kilometers (covering the deck and stem).
  • Commencement: Your warranty coverage begins on the day your bike is delivered to your door.
  • Eligibility: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires a valid order number for verification.

What is Covered?

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the following core "Powered by Apollo" systems:

  • Powertrain: The 48V motor and motor controller.
  • Energy System: The lithium-ion battery pack and charging hardware.
  • Electronics: The touch displays (2.8" or 4.8"), throttles, and integrated lighting systems.
  • Structure: The bike frame, handlebars, and rigid forks.

What is Not Covered? (Exclusions)

To maintain fairness and transparency, certain items are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Wear & Tear: Consumable parts that naturally degrade with use, such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, and handlebar grips.
  • Negligence & Abuse: Damage resulting from accidents, stunting, commercial use, or exceeding the maximum weight capacity.
  • Environmental Damage: Issues caused by water submersion, fire, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations to the hardware or electronic system programming not approved by LYNQ will void the warranty.

Pro Tip: To keep your warranty valid, follow the preventative maintenance schedule outlined in your owner's manual. Failure to perform basic maintenance (like checking tire pressure) can void your coverage.
